Employment Visa (General Employment Policy Visa and Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals Visa)

We have assisted many employers to obtain Employment Visas for their employees (either foreigners or Chinese residents of the Mainland) to work in Hong Kong. The applicant of an Employment Visa must possess “special skills, knowledge or experience of value to and not readily available” in Hong Kong and the sponsor of this visa must be a Hong Kong company.

If you wish to apply for an Employment Visa for your employee we can prepare the application forms and other necessary supporting documents such as a supporting letter (to explain how you were not able to find a local candidate etc.) and submit the application to the Immigration Department on your and the employee’s behalf. We would also liaise with the Immigration Department throughout the application process and answer any requisitions from them in respect of the application.

Investment as Entrepreneur Visa

We have assisted many individuals in setting up their businesses in Hong Kong and obtaining Investment as Entrepreneur Visas. The applicant of an Investment as Entrepreneur Visa should have a good educational background and be in a position to make a substantial contribution to Hong Kong’s economy.

If you wish to apply for an Investment as Entrepreneur Visa, we can first assist you to incorporate a Hong Kong company. After the Hong Kong company is incorporated, we would then assist you to prepare the application forms and other necessary supporting documents such as a business plan, proof of place of business, financial support letter etc. and submitting the application to the Immigration Department on your behalf. We would also liaise with the Immigration Department throughout the application process and answer any requisitions from them in respect of your application.

Dependants Visa

If you are applying for one of the visas above and would like your family (spouse and children) to stay in Hong Kong with you, we can also assist in applying for dependant visas for your family.

Extension of Stay

If you wish to continue to stay in Hong Kong after your current visa expires, we can make an extension of stay application for you. This application should be submitted within 4 weeks before your current limit of stay expires.

Permanent Residency

Once a person has ordinarily resided in Hong Kong for more than 7 years, he/she may be eligible to apply for a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card. We also offer assistance to clients who wish to apply for permanent resident status.

Naturalisation as a Chinese National and obtaining a Hong Kong passport

If you are seeking to naturalise as a Chinese national to obtain a Hong Kong passport, we can assist with these applications. If you satisfy the factors to be considered in an application for naturalisation, we can prepare the naturalisation application and other necessary supporting documents such as a supporting letter etc. We have assisted numerous individuals to naturalise as a Chinese national.

Once the naturalisation application is complete, we can also assist to apply for a new Hong Kong identity card and Hong Kong passport.
