As an independent law firm, we focus on Hong Kong law. However, our Corporate and Commercial Practice is international. We provide Hong Kong law advice and guidance to transactions that are led in other jurisdictions, co-counselling with advisers from those jurisdictions who are leading the transaction. We also lead transactions for our Hong Kong-based clients, working as required with our extensive network of best-in-class lawyers in other jurisdictions (including the PRC).
